ZERO DARK THIRTY

Patrick - Squadron Team Leader: [approaching the bin Laden compound] Who here has been in a helo crash before?
[every hand goes up]
Patrick - Squadron Team Leader: Okay, so we're all good.

This is a edgy retelling about the day we finally got our glory back. The day when a helicopter crashed in Pakistan and the navy seals squad ended Osama Bin-Laden's reign of terror.

The Eye

Sydney Wells: [voice-over while Sydney walks in the street and settles in a café] People say seeing is believing, but for me, that's not entirely true. I lost my sight when I was five years old. Those memories of what I have seen have faded so much that I doubt I'd even recognize myself anymore. Now I see using my other senses. I can smell the rain before it drops, but I can't watch it fall. I can feel the sun on my face, but I can't see it rise or set. I want to see the world like everyone else, to see the sun, the rain, the music. Oh I bet music looks beautiful.

Jessica Alba from Fantastic Four stars in this eerie thriller about a blind woman who goes for an Eye implant only to find out the eye she is given lets her see into the underworld.

Expendables 3

Conrad Stonebanks: [Holding the young Expendables hostage] Well, lookin' a little strung out there, kids! This is what you get for being pawns in Barney's moral chess game.
Conrad Stonebanks: [looks at Thorn] That one looks a little slack.
Conrad Stonebanks: [soldiers straighten Thorn out while Stonebanks turns to Luna] You know, I feel most bad for you.
Luna: I don't give a shit how you feel.
Conrad Stonebanks: I do, I have a daughter. I have feelings. Anyway, when the CIA, I presume that is who you're working for. The CIA, am I right? I bet you don't know who you're working for. What, for Barney? Do you know who he's working for? Does HE know who he's working...? It gets very confusing. Anyway when the CIA wanted guys doing the dangerous work in the dangerous places, they called us, they didn't want to get their hands dirty. They called us. Yep, we cleared every hotspot they had, we bumped the bad guys so the good guys could roll in looking like heroes. We killed a lot. But we saved more lives than you could possibly imagine. Then, the boys on the Hill wanting no loose ends tried to bury me. I was an American! Working for America! Was. They'd eat their own children. The lesson here is... Never do business with the government. I'm going to save you that heartache. He never will.

The roughnecks are back! Hopefully not making this their last because it has new people in it because Bruce Willis bowed out replacing him with Harrison Ford as the new front man.

The Worlds end

This is a horroromedy about 4 teens in the 60 that decided to do a pub crawl, but never got to the last bar known to man. The World's End...... cut to present day they are all older and have grandchildren and kids of their own. But the one who had the idea in the first place ended up a divorced loner getting stoned off his ass. Then he gets the gang back to find the world has drastically changed and the people they once knew are mind numbing slaves.

DragonHeart 3: the Scorcerer's Curse

In The Valley of Elah

The Valley of Elah came out sometime after Crash did. It is a murder mystery, with biblical intones to it. Tommy Lee Jones is a detective for the NCIS and everything they investigate has to do with the passages of Elah from the Bible

THE THING REBOOT

Lars: [to Matias] That's not a dog! Start the helicopter now!
[both get into helicopter]
Lars: Get it up now! Come on!

This is a reboot, not a sequel that came out in 2011. Kurt Russell declined to come back, so now we have a female lead and Joel Edgerton from the very first star wars. They really didn't have to do this one again.... but, practice makes perfect in Hollywood. In this case practice makes destruction.
